摘要
采用质量分数50%的尼龙66盐为原料,在连续聚合生产线上生产气囊丝专用尼龙66树脂并进行纺丝。结果表明:选择合适的稳定添加剂,增加反应时间,降低热油系统的温度,加大前后聚合器中的氮气流量,生产的尼龙66树脂相对分子质量分布窄,分散系数为1.414,色度值较低,质量均匀稳定。尼龙66树脂可纺性好,纤维断裂强度达8.16 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率、干热收缩率主要指标达到了国外同类产品的性能。
Nylon 66 resin specially for air bag yarn was prepared from the solution containing 50% nylon 66 salt as raw material on a continuous polymerization plant and spun into fibers. The results showed that the obtained nylon 66 resin exhibited narrow relative molecular mass distribution, dispersion coefficient 1.414, low chromatic value and uniform and stable quality while se- lecting proper stabilizer, prolonging reaction time, decreasing theimal oil system temperature and increasing the nitrogen flow rate of pre-and post-polymerization reactors. The obtained nylon 66 resin had favorable spinnability and the fiber thereof had the breaking strength of 8.16 cN/dtex and the elongation at break and dry hot shrinkage equal to the values of the same sorts of the imported ones.
