摘要
探讨了尼龙66高强工业丝一步法连续聚合纺丝生产中的高聚物过滤介质;对比分析了金属砂和石英砂两种不同介质下产品物理性能、可纺性、使用周期等。结果表明:采用金属砂过滤介质,组件的使用寿命是石英砂的1.6倍,可纺性改善,断头率减少,满筒率高,纤维截面均匀、圆整。
The polymer filtration mediums for one-step nylon 66 high-strength industrial yarn production were discussed. The product physical properties, spinnability and service life of metal sand and quartz sand mediums were contrasted. The results showed that while using metal sand filtration medium, the service life of spinning pack was 1.6 time longer than the spinning pack using quartz medium, the spinnability was improved, and the products had Jess brokens, high full-package rate and round and even cross section.
