摘要
对高温合金GH2132进行了外圆车削试验,测量了切削过程中的切削力和已加工表面粗糙度。利用最小二乘法对试验数据进行了回归分析,建立了切削力和表面粗糙度的经验模型,得出了切削参数对切削力和粗糙度的影响规律,为优化切削参数、研究刀片磨损机理提供了参考数据。
A cylindrical turning test on high temperature alloy GH2132 was carried out, and the cutting force and the machined surface roughness were measured. The least square method was used to make a regression analysis on testing data, and the experiential formulas for cutting force and surface roughness were established. The influencing laws of cutting parameters on cutting force and roughness were educed, which can offer an important reference for optimizing cutting parameters and making a research on cutter wear mechanism.
