摘要
硬质合金材料硬度高、塑性差、耐磨性好,常规加工方法很难加工出满足精度要求的构件。通过设计硬质合金微细电火花加工实验,对实验数据进行合理分析,得出提高硬质合金的加工效率及改进加工表面粗糙度的规律,对进一步研究硬质合金微细电火花加工工艺特性具有重要的理论指导意义。
Carbide materials have high hardness, poor plastic and good resistance. Conventional methods of processing are difficult to meet the requirements of precision. Though the experiment on carbide micro-EDM analysis the experimental date. The rules of improve the carbide processing efficiency and improve the surface roughness have obtained. The research results can provide theoretical guidance to the Carbide Micro-EDM process characteristics.
