摘要
根据最小二乘法、基于遗传算法的平面度误差评定方法以及最小包容区域法的算法特点,提出一种可以快速、精确评定平面度误差的算法。该算法解决了初始参数寻优范围大,影响计算效率的问题,是一种可兼顾计算速度与精确性的平面度误差评定方法。
Based on the least square method, genetic algorithms for flatness error evaluation, as well as the characteristics of the minimum inclusive area arithmetic, a fast and precise flatness error evaluation method was proposed. The algorithm solves the problem of big initial scope of the optimization parameters, which could decline the calculation efficiency. It' s a kind of flatness error evaluation method which can balance the calculation speed and accuracy.
