腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗

Operative Treatment of Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

近10年来，本院采取手术方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症148例，其中合并侧隐窝狭窄者77例，发生率约为52％。手术采用椎板开窗，半椎板减压，全椎板减压术，手术效果优良率为88．2％。作者强调在摘除髓核后常规探查侧隐窝，根据术中情况做神经根管扩大，同时应重视影响手术效果的一些细节问题，以减少手术失败。

148 cases with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc have been treated with operative methods in our hospital in recent 10 years. 77 cases among them were complicated with nerve root canal stenosis (52% of all cases). Operative methods applied were fenestration, semi-laminectomy and total laminectomy, respectively. The excellent-good rate was 88.2%. It is stressed that the routine exploration of lateral recess should be performed after removing the nucleus pulposus, and the enlarging of nerve root canal should be applied if necessary. And at the same time, some details which could influence the operative effects should be stressed in order to decrease the failure in operation.
