摘要
酸液有效作用距离是酸压设计计算中的主要参数,也是影响酸压效果的主要因素。因此,酸液有效作用距离的准确预测就显得相当重要。文章提出了一种计算缝中酸液质量分数分布的数学模型,该模型考虑了酸液在缝中沿长、高方向的流动及沿缝宽方向的对流扩散,能预测酸液质量分数沿裂缝长度和宽度方向的变化,模拟计算结果显示其比传统酸质量分数计算模型具有更好的适应性。最后分析了酸液质量分数、温度、同离子效应、注入排量、酸液用量和天然裂缝等因素对酸液有效作用距离的影响,从而能为碳酸盐岩储层酸压设计及施工效果预测提供依据。
The effective distance of live acid is an important parameter for acid fracturing design and is a main factor of influencing acid fracturing effect. Therefore, it is very important to predict the effective distance of live acid accurately. This paper puts forward a new mathematical model for calculating the distribution of acid concentration in the fractures, considering the acid flow along the fracture length and height, and convection and diffusion along the fracture width. The model can predict the variation of acid concentration along the fracture length and height directions. The modeling results indicate that it is more adaptable than the traditional model of calculating acid concentration. Finally various influence factors of effective distance of live acid, including acid concentration, temperature, common ion effect, injection rate, acid volume and natural fractures, have been analyzed, which provides a basis for acid fracturing design and operation effect prediction.
