摘要 河南油田下二门区块属断块油田,具有较好的储量。主要地质特征是:产层裂缝较为发育、油藏丰富;地层孔隙喉度大、地层破裂压力低、漏失层多;气层较发育,地层压力高。这些特征增加了固井施工难度,造成该地区固井质量一次合格率偏低。低密度高强度水泥浆体系就是针对普通低密度水泥浆无法满足开发要求等技术难点而进行开发的新型低密度水泥浆体系。经过现场施工应用,固井质量提高了48%,一次合格率达99%。 Xiaermen Block of Henan Oilfield belongs to the fauh-block oilfield with rich reserves. The main geological features are the well developed reservoir fractures and rich reservoirs, high reservoir porosity, low reservoir fracture pressure and multiple leakage zones, well developed gas reservoirs and high reservoir pressure. These features increase the difficulty of cementing operation, resulting in a low once qualified rate of cement job quality in the region. The low density and high strength cementing slurry system, which is developed because the common low density cementing slurry can not meet the development requirements, is a new low density cementing slurry system. There is an improvement of 48% in cementing quality through field application and the once qualified rate of cement job quality reaches 99%.
