知识作为主导性的生产促进要素具有传统生产要素所不具有的特点,为适应知识经济的发展,图书馆也必须从传统的文献资源服务转向信息与知识为主的服务上来,为了适应这种转变,图书馆需要在经营管理理念、制度建设、人力资源建设、组织机构建设、技术建设等方面树立创新观念,以创新机制的建构实现图书馆社会职能的根本转变。参考文献7。

As the dominant production promotion factor knowledge has some characteristics that traditional production factors haven＇t, to accommodate the development of knowledge economy, library must change from traditional document resources services to the services with infor- mation and knowledge as the main content, thus, library need establish innovation ideas in terms of management, system construction, human rasourees construction, organization construction, teehnology construction and so on and achieve the radical changes of the library social functions by constructing innovation meehanism. 7 refs.
