摘要
文章主要针对现行图书馆管理中出现的各种不合理现状,结合图书管理创新理论,从制度创新和服务创新入手,提出新形势下图书馆管理创新的新途径和新措施。参考文献4。
Aiming at some present unreasonable situation in the management of library, this paper, combining with the theory of library management innovation, proposes some new measures and ways in this aspect under the new situation from the perspective of innovations of system and service. 4 refs.
