摘要
金刚石材料的硬脆特性使得金刚石刀具研磨非常困难,影响金刚石刀具研磨质量的因素较多。本文基于金刚石弹性浮动研磨实验,重点研究了金刚石研磨加工工艺、研磨盘表面质量及研磨机振动状态三因素对金刚石刀具研磨质量的影响。
Diamond hard and brittle material characteristics make diamond tools grinding very difficult.There are quite a number of factors that have an affecting to the quality of diamond tools grinding.Based on the diamond flexibility floating grinding experiments,bringing forward the diamond grinding process,grinding disc surface quality and grinding machine vibration state to the diamond tool lapping quality.
