A Supply Current Measurement Based on the Current-Sense Amplifier

摘要 电源电流的高效测量是电源电流测试技术应用于工程实际必须首先解决的关键问题,采用集成电流检测芯片MAX4173构建了一电流测量装置,经以CMOS管与非门电路为被测电路的性能测试仿真实验证实可满足瞬态电源电流的测量要求。 A high speed current measurement is required as essential elements for supply current monitoring for circuits testing.Simulations with a CMOS NAND gate as CUT verify that the current measurement based the MAX4173 high-side current-sense amplifier very attractive for application as a dynamic supply current sensor.
