摘要 具有高形位精度公差要求的多孔加工是粉末冶金(PM)零件中最具代表性加工。本文以铁基粉末冶金同步器锥环销孔铰削加工为研究对象,在问题成因分析与PM零件特殊加工性能研究的基础上,改进设计了销孔加工铰刀。为PM零件铰削加工刀具的选用与设计提供了有益的参考。 It is the most representative that multi-holes machining has high shape and position precision in powder metallurgical parts.Pin hole machining of Iron-based powder metallurgical cone synchronizer ring is as object to research in the paper,based on research of analysis of problem reasons and PM parts special process ability,reamer for pin hole machining has been improved design.It provides useful reference for selection and design of PM parts ream machining tools.
