摘要
用三乙醇胺褪除彩涂镀铝锌板表面的彩涂层,用乌洛托品盐酸溶液(含铝的质量分数为5%)或氢氧化钠溶液及过氧化氢溶液(含铝的质量分数为55%)溶解镀铝锌板表面的合金镀层,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪同时测定溶液中铝、锌、硅和铁的含量,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)均小于3%。
The colored-film of the steel sheet sample with definite size was removed by soaking in hot tri-(2- hydroxyethyl) amine, and the mass of the sample was weighed after washing with butanone and absolute alcohol in succession, and drying. The plating layer was then dissolved from the steel sheet with urotropin-HCl solution (for platings containing 5% of aluminum) or with NaOH solution and H2O2 solution (for platings containing 55% of aluminum). Aluminum, zinc, silicon and iron in the solution were finally determined by ICP-AES. Values of RSD's (n=10) found for the results of the 4 elements were less than 3%.
