经济增长、通货膨胀与就业关系研究——兼论西方菲利普斯曲线在中国的适用性

Analysis of the Relation of Economic Growth Based on Granger Test,Inflation and Employment——Analysis Based on Philips Curve in China

经济增长、物价稳定、充分就业是一国宏观调控的主要目标，经济增长、通货膨胀与就业之间的关系，是当前理论界密切关注的重大经济问题。利用1978-2008年有关数据进行的计量经济分析结果表明，我国的通货膨胀与经济增长具有双向的格兰杰因果关系，经济运行中出现通货膨胀、经济增长速度较快并没有有效带动就业人员总量的较快增长。因此，应切实转变经济发展方式，改善价格总水平调控，扩大就业，完善社会保障制度，促进国民经济又好又快的发展。

Economic growth, price stability and complete employment are the major objectives of macro control. The relation between economic growth,inflation and employment has aroused many concerns in theory field. According to the related econometric data from 1978 to 2008, there are problems in economic growth. Therefore, the author puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems to promote and improve the situation.
