植入生态文明指标的省际间人类发展比较研究——基于主成分分析和自由发展的视角

Comparative Research on HDI which Embedded the Indicators of Ecological Civilization between Provinces of China——Principal Component Analysis Based on the Perspective of "Development as Freedom"

为了弥补人类发展指数因未涵盖生态因素而不能全面反映人类发展水平的欠缺,以生态文明为基础,提出衡量中国生态状况的三个指标,参照Aktinson不平等测量法,将生态因素与经济指数相结合,再将其嵌入人类发展指数中,得到涵盖生态文明的新人类发展指数(EHDI)。在计算EHDI的过程中,采用主成分分析,重新设计各个指标的权重。测量结果表明,由于生态与经济发展的不平衡,各省市的EHDI都低于HDI,而两个指数间的Spearman秩相关系数非常高。

Human Development Index can＇t absolutly reflect the level of human development,for it dosen＇t include the ecological factor. By the realization on methodology and philosophy of human development, we take the ecological civilization as foundation and put forward three indicators to measure ecological situation in China. Taking the method of measuring inequility by Atkinson as a frame of reference, the authors make the ecological factor and economic indicator as an integration. Then the paper has a new HDI by embedding the ecological civilization into it, it＇ s called EHDI. On the process of measuring EHDI, the authors use the Principal Component Analysis to redisign the weight of each index. The result of measuring tells us that because the unequihbrium of ecology and economy, the EHDI of every provinces is lower than HDI,and the correlation of Spearman test is on a high level.
