比色—等导数值导数光谱法测定“补气升提片”中人参总皂甙含量

Determination of General Ginsenosides in Buqi Shengti Tablet by Colorimetric Equivalent Valuation of Derivation Derivative Spectrophometry

本文采用以人参皂甙Ｒｇ１为对照品，香草醛硫酸显色的比色—等导数值导数光谱法测定了“补气升提片”中人参总皂甙的含量，平均回收率为９６．６％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ为１．６０％。

With ginsenoside Rg1 as th reference substance and vanillin sulphuric acid for coloration,the content of general ginsenoside in 'buqi shengti tablet'was determined by co lormetric equivalent valuation of derivation derivative spectrophotometry,and the average recovery was 96.6% ( n=5 ); RSD was 1.60%.
