摘要 结合生产实践,分析了直缝焊管的不同制造工艺(UOE、JCOE、HFW)在制管过程中的应力-应变状况;应用形变强化和包辛格效应理论,研究了拉伸强度在制管过程中的变化规律,从而为合理制定钢板(卷)的采购技术条件、优化制管工艺参数和调整成品的拉伸强度等提供了理论依据。 Addressing the actual operation circumstances,the co-authors make an analysis concerning the different straight welding processes (UOE,JCOE and HFW) vs stress-strain relationship during the pipe-making process. And the law of tensile strength variation as takes place in the pipe-welding operation is studied by means of the deformation reinforcement and Bauschinger effect theories. The conclusion of the study can be used as the theoretical basis for preparing technical terms for purchase of steel plates(strips), optimizing pipe manufacturing process parameters and adjusting tensile strength of finished products.
