摘要
石油开采用钻铤的使用环境恶劣,因此对其性能要求高,而采用传统生产工艺制造钻铤用管,加工周期长,成本高。介绍了采用Assel轧管机组生产钻铤用无缝钢管的工艺开发过程以及钻铤用厚壁管轧制过程的变形量分配,通过工艺参数优化,解决生产中的工艺控制难点,实现稳定轧制。
Due to the harsh operation conditions of the drill collar in oil exploration,stringent criteria is put forward for performance thereof. The conventional manufacturing process for the drill collar features such disad-vantages as rather long processing cycle and low cost efficiency. Elaborated in the article are the manufacture of seamless steel pipes for drill collar stock purpose with Assel pipe mill,covering such aspects as the process R & D,the deformation distribution during the rolling process of the drill collar-purposed heavy-wall pipe and optimization of the process parameters which crashes the hard nuts of process control for the purpose of rolling consistency.
