Spd诱导NaCl胁迫下番茄种子萌发和幼苗耐盐性效应研究 被引量:4

摘要 用0.10、0.25、0.50 mmol/L Spd和蒸馏水浸种,研究不同浓度Spd浸种处理对100mmol/L NaCl胁迫下"白果强丰"番茄种子萌发、幼苗生长及叶片抗氧酶活性的影响。结果表明:100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,在低浓度范围,随着Spd浸种浓度的升高,番茄种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数逐渐增高,较低浓度Spd浸种处理可以显著提高番茄幼苗叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性,增加幼苗生物量,其中0.25 mmol/L处理效果最佳。而较高浓度Spd浸种处理进一步抑制了NaCl胁迫下番茄种子的萌发,幼苗生长受抑制。 The tomato cultivar Baiguoqiangfeng seeds were soaked in the liquor of Spd 0.1,0.25,0.5 mmol/L and distilled water,effects of Spd on tomato seed germination and seedling growth under NaCl stress were studied.The results showed,in the range of low concentration,the germination rate,germination vigor,germination index and vigor index were increased radually with the rise of Spd concentration in seed soaking under NaCl stress.The low Spd concetration treatment could increase activities of SOD,POD and CAT in tomato seedling leaves and biomass under NaCl stress. When the concentration of Spd reached O. 25 mmol/L, the effect was best. While the high Spd concentration in seed soaking inhibited seed germination and seedling growth.
