摘要
以无菌播种获得的彩叶草上胚轴为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的细胞分裂素(6-BA)和生长素(NAA),进行了彩叶草的组培快繁的研究。结果表明:以培养基MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L诱导芽生长最好,芽的长度2.4 cm,诱导芽成活率达100%;生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+0.5 g/L活性炭最好,生根的长度达到9.6 cm。
The stems of Coleus blumei were cultured in the MS medium containing Cytokinin(6-BA) and Auxin(NAA) of different densities for rapid propagation.The results showed bud reproduction medium was MS+BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,and the average buds length was 2.4 cm,and the buds survival rate were 100%.The medium for regenerating adventitious root was 1/2MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L+0.5% activate carbon,and the average roots length was 9.6 cm.
