五种藤蔓植物显根与暗根水培适应性及根系生理特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以常春藤(Hedera nepalensis)、白花紫露草(Tradescantia flaminensis)、鲸鱼花(Glox-inia sylvatica)、蔓长春花(Vinca major)、吊竹梅(Tradescantia zebrina)5种藤蔓植物为材料,对5种植物在显根与暗根水培中的形态、生理指标进行测定与分析。结果表明:5种藤蔓植物根系活力在暗根水培中较显根水培中强,暗根水培下pH小于显根水培下的,且较显根水培稳定。采用水插法获得水培苗适用于根系观赏,采用洗根法获得的植株在暗根水培条件下生长较好。 Apparent and dark root hydroponics conditions were set up to culture five Liana plants: Hedera nepalensis, Tradescantia flarninensis , Gloxinia sylvatica , Vinca major, Tradescantia zebrine. The changes of shape indexes, root physiological characteristics and adaptability of the five Liana plants were studied. The result showed: the date of root activity and pH of nutrient solutions in apparent were higher than in dark situation. Apparent root hydroporfies was better for plants cutting cultivation while dark hydroponics was better for plants washing cultivation.
