紫杉醇在水环境中的降解动力学研究 被引量:3

摘要 系统研究了紫杉醇在水环境中的稳定性及其影响因素。发现室温条件下紫杉醇在水中的半衰期只有15h,降解过程符合一级动力学特征。动力学分析发现,pH比温度对水环境中紫杉醇稳定性的影响更为明显。水环境中的紫杉醇在低温和中性偏酸条件相对稳定,而温度提高和强碱性条件强烈促进紫杉醇的降解,紫杉醇在pH中性的水中60℃条件下半衰期只有8h,而在25℃、pH10条件下半衰期缩短到5h。 The stability of taxol in water was studied in this article. It was found the half life of taxol in water at room temperature is about 15 hours, and the concentration of taxol in water drops according to the first order reaction dynamics. The results show that pH has more effect on the decomposing rate of taxol than temperature. The most stable environment of taxol in water is low temperature and weak acidic, otherwise, increasing of temperature and pH lead to the faster degradation of taxol. The half life of taxol in water with pH of 7 is 8 hours at 60 ℃. Moreover, it will be shorten to 5 hours at 25 ℃ when the pH increases to 10.
