对我国教师发展学校实践的新思考 被引量:5

摘要 为推动我国教师专业化发展,我国学者借鉴美国专业发展学校模式(PDS),进行了创建教师发展学校的实验。但目前的这些"实验田"相对于我国现实的"教育土壤",还存在诸多的问题,对教师职前教育的"漠视",对农村教师教育的"遗忘"等问题使我国教师发展学校的建设偏离了其初衷。晓庄学校实验对解决我国教师发展学校的现存问题具有重要的借鉴意义。
