文化价值观是文化中最稳定和最核心的部分。人类的一切活动都是在一定的文化价值观影响下进行的。我国古代的文献收藏活动主要集中在官府,并呈现出重经史轻方技和重藏轻用的特点,这些现象不仅受到当时文化价值观的影响,也反映出了我国古代的文化价值观。以古为镜,建立21世纪开放进取的文化价值观是实现文献信息资源价值的必要条件。
