Macroscopic Political Principles of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

改革开放以来,中国共产党坚持把"一个中心"和"两个基本点"统一于发展中国特色社会主义的实践,客观上形成了中国特色社会主义的宏观政治运行原则。随着改革深入发展和实践走势的渐趋明朗,今天已有可能对其宏观政治运行机制的整体性、层次性、节奏性、创新性等规律性特点作出概括。

Since Chinese Reform, the three generations of collective leadership of the Communist Party of China have kept integrating ＂One Focus＂ and ＂Two Basic Points＂ into the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and objectively it forms the macroscopic political operating principles of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As the Reform goes further and the tendency of practice becomes clear, today it＇s possible to make generalizations about the regularity of the macroscopic political operating mechanism, which is characterized as wholeness, gradation, rhythmicity, innovativeness and the like.
