摘要
本文通过对灾区干部心理健康专题培训效果的评估,探索领导干部的心理健康教育模式。结果显示,经过两周的培训,灾区干部在压力感受、应激水平、情绪状态、积极心理和应对措施五个方面均发生了积极改变,心理健康教育取得明显成效。分析表明,干部教育培训是实施领导干部心理健康干预的有效途径,应将心理健康教育的相关内容列入干部教育培训的常规课程;"心理测评——专题讲授——团队训练——个体辅导"四位一体构成了心理健康教育的基本模式;充分研究、准确定位、精心设计、潜移默化,是加强心理健康教育针对性和有效性的根本保证。
To explore the patterns of mental health education for executive leaders, the effect of training to executive leaders from the earthquake areas was evaluated. The results showed, passed through 2 weeks training, the participants changed positively in the pressure feeling, the stress level, the mood condition, the positive psychological feeling, and the coping measurements. This indicated that, training was an effective approach to the intervention on the mental health of executive leaders; the psychological evaluation, the lecture on the topic, the group exercises, and the individual counseling, were four-in-one to constitute the basic pattern of mental health education for the executive leaders; researching fully, aim accurately, designing carefully, and intervening subtly, guaranteed the validity and diversity on the mental health education.
