摘要
企业高管薪酬问题由于国际金融危机的爆发而倍受人们的关注。高管薪酬制度并不完善,还存在很多的缺陷,但我们不能彻底否定高管薪酬制度的激励作用,应该增强高管薪酬制度的约束,使公司高管的薪酬机制更趋完善,从而确保公司的长期稳定运行。
People take care of the salary system for the senior management in the enterprise because of the global financial crisis. The salary system for the senior management is not perfect, but we cann't negate the active effect which has brought. We should enhance the restriction of the salary system for the senior management to ensure the corporation run well.
