摘要
采用分生孢子萌发率和菌丝生长测定等方法,研究了环境条件对花生黑斑病菌生长发育的影响。结果表明,花生黑斑病菌最适生长温度为28℃,最适pH值为6,致死温度是60℃,光暗交替有利于菌丝生长,菌丝在Landers、花生叶煎汁和V8培养基上长势较好,碳素营养以蔗糖和葡萄糖为最好,氮源以牛肉膏、蛋白胨为最佳;病菌分生孢子萌发最适温度为25℃,最适pH值为6,在水滴中孢子才有较高的萌发率,光/暗交替培养对孢子萌发有利,分生孢子致死温度为52℃。
In this paper, influence of environmental factors on the growth and development of Cercospora personata in peanut was investigated by determining the conidia germination rate and myeelium growth rate. The results indicated that the optimum temperature, pH value and lethal temperature for the pathogen growth were 28℃, 6 and 60℃, respectively. Alternation of illumination and darkness was conductive to mycelium growth, the pathogen Cercospora personata could grow on several media, of them, Landers, juice of peanut leaf and V8 were the most suitable media. Among carbon nutrition, sucrose and glucose were the best ones for the pathogen growth, and among nitrogen nutrition, beef extract and peptone were the best ones for the pathogen growth. The optimum temperature, pH value and lethal temperature for the conidia germination is 25℃, 6 and 52℃, respectively. Conidia germination rate was higher in water droplets. Alternation of illumination and darkness was helpful to conidia germination.
