砂仁叶斑病病原菌鉴定及杀菌剂筛选 被引量:8

摘要 从贵州花江和贞丰顶坛种植的砂仁上采集砂仁叶斑病菌株,进行分离、纯化。根据病菌的形态特征、培养性状和致病性测定将其鉴定为叶点霉属(Phyllosticta glycines Thum.)真菌。对病原菌室内杀菌剂筛选试验结果表明,70%甲基托布津、18%使菌克对砂仁叶斑病菌有较强的抑制效果,其抑菌率均达100.0%。 The samples of Amomum villosum Lour. leaf spot from Huajiang gorge area and Zhenfeng Dingtan in Guizhou were collected, isolated and purified. After following pathogen identification morphological characters , cultural characters and pathogenicity test, the pathogen was identified to be Phyllosticta glycines Thum. 10 fungicides were tested in vitro for efficacy against the Phyllosticta glycines Thum.. Test on mycelia growth showed that 70% Mildothane, 18% Albendazole were the most effective fungicides, with their inhibitive rates up to 100.0%. The results revealed that the efficacy of different fungicides on Phyllosticta glycines Thum. is different in the laboratory.
