刺五加中药复合剂对雏鸡免疫性能和血常规的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Radix acanthopanacis on Immune Function and Normal Blood Index of Chicken

研究了用刺五加(Radix acanthopanacis Senticosl)中药复合制剂对雏鸡免疫功能和血液指标的影响。选择5日龄的817雏鸡64羽,随机分为2组,试验组每日添加中药复合制剂10 mL。两组分别于11日龄、18日龄、23日龄进行屠宰前空腹体重、免疫器官的比重以及血清中新城疫抗体指数的检测,测定了血液常规指标的变化。结果显示,刺五加中药复合制剂可以提高雏鸡的生长速度和抗病能力,使红细胞花环率显著提高;对脾脏有促进作用,对胸腺、法氏囊表现为先抑制后促进的作用;血液中常规指标均有显著提高。

The effect of Chinese herbal medicine Radix acanthopanacis on immune function and normal blood index of the chicken was studied. In the experiment, 64 chickens were divided into two groups randomly, experimental group and control group. 10 mL of Chinese herbal medicine was added to each experimental chickens per day. In the llst,18th and 23rd days, The body weight, the immunity organ heavy as well as the HI antibody titer of Newcastle disease virus, the normal blood index were detected at the day of llst, 18th and 23rd respectively. The results showed as follows, Chinese herbal medicines Radix acanthopanacis could increase the body weight, promote disease ability, suppress the thymus and bursa of fabricius burse first and then promote them. The normal blood index increased significantly.
