摘要 兔魏氏梭菌病是A型魏氏梭菌产生的外毒素引起的一种急性、致死性传染病,A型魏氏梭菌致病因子是菌体产生的外毒素,其中主要是产气荚膜梭菌α毒素(Clostridium perfringens,CPA)。如果要生产优质高效的A型魏氏梭菌疫苗,就必须培养出含大量活性的α毒素菌苗。试验采用A型魏氏梭菌菌种,按照不同比例、不同代次菌种接种及培养基中加入糊精、蛋白胨、硫乙醇酸盐物质等方法,对所产生的A型产气荚膜毒素量、生物活性进行了对比,拓宽了A型产气荚膜毒素培养工艺,对临床A型魏氏梭菌菌苗的生产和检验提供了一定地技术指导。 Rabbit disease of Clostridium welchii was an acute, fatal infectious disease. It was caused by exotoxin of Clostridium perfringens. Clostridium perfringens type A strain was main exotoxin. This article used the methods of vaccinating different rate, different generation of Clostridium perfrinens type A strain and adding dextrin, peptone and thioglycolate into the culture medium to contrast the quantity of produced Clostridium perfringens toxins type A and its biological activity. It widened the culture techniques of Clostridium perfringens toxins type A and supplied the guiding role for the production and test of clinical Clostridium perfringens type A strain in a certain way.
