摘要
用原子吸收光谱法测定莴苣中Fe、Ca、Zn、Mg、Cr、Pb等6种微量元素的含量,并进行了分析。结果表明,其中有害元素Pb含量较低,Ca、Fe等有益元素含量较高,表明莴苣具有较高的药用、美容和食用等功效。
The contents of Fe, Cr, Zn, Mg, Ca and Ph in Capsella bursa-pastoris were analyzed by atom absorption spectra. The lower content of harmful element Pb and higher content of healthy elements Ca and Fe in Capsella bursapastoris were obtained. The results indicated that Capsella bursa-pastoris had a cosmetic effect, high medical and edible value.
