摘要
蛋白质组学作为功能基因组学研究领域的一个重要方面,在阐述基因功能、了解生命现象和本质等分子机制方面发挥着重要作用。蛋白质组学在植物研究领域的应用和发展甚为迅速,就小麦蛋白质组学多年来的发展和研究现状作一综述,包括特定组织蛋白质表达谱的构建;结构基因的染色体定位,基因型鉴定及品种鉴定,品质分析;生物胁迫或非生物胁迫下差异蛋白的鉴定等方面。
Proteomics is one of the rapidly emerging and expanding fields of the functional genomics era, involving a systematic and detailed analysis of gene function, molecular mechnism, et al. This review described the development of wheat proteomics, including establishing the specific tissue protein profiling, chromosomal location of structional genes, identification of genotypes or species, and identification of differential expressional proteins under various stresses, and so on.
