高校图书馆采访工作中存在的矛盾与对策

Contradiction and Countermeasure of the Book Acquisition Work in University Library

高校图书馆的图书采访工作在信息时代和网络时代发生了很大的变化,存在着选择范围扩大与有效性降低、招标过程中高折扣与低质量、虚实两种馆藏并重与现实馆藏利用率较低、采访工作现代化与供需双方沟通缺乏4对矛盾,可以通过制定采访计划、做好招标组织和评估工作、实现信息资源共享、建立学科馆员制度等对策来解决。

Nowadays, the book acquisition work in university library had greatly changed .There were four contradictions as follows： the extension of optional range and the letdown of validity, high discount and low quality during the invite-public bidding, paying equal attention to two kinds of the collection and low using rate of the real collection, the modernization of acquisition work and lack communication between the library and its users. The four contradictions could be dealt with four measures： making acquiring plans, doing well the organizing and evaluating work of the invite-public bidding, realizing information resource sharing, setting up the system of subject librarian. The acquisition work brough forward higher demands upon the ability of the acquiring librarian, which could be enhanced through self-learning and training.
