种种现象表明,企业的各级员工的质量意识薄弱,尤其是金融危机后各级人员的待遇普遍降低致使情绪低落,质量意识、质量教育和培训的现状令人担忧。针对这一问题,文章指出了质量教育和培训重要性,描述了具体的质量教育和培训内容,提高质量管理的相关技能,改变人们的工作态度和做事行为,营造一个良好的生产、服务质量环境,提升企业的竞争力。

A veriety of phenomenon show that the quality consciousness of all level employee are weak. especially, benefit of all empioyee are reduced lead to be down in spirits when finance arises in the world. It is anxious for the status of quality consciousness, quality education and training. Based on this issue, the importance of quality education and training are put forward, describe the details of quality education and training, in order to improve the relative skills for the quality control, change the working attitude end behavior, build a good circumstance for production, service quality, step up the competition ability of enterprise.
