新形势下农村民间调解方式初探

On Non-Governmental Conciliation in Today's Rural Areas

随着我国经济社会的快速发展,农村纠纷与矛盾将处于多发期,尽管当前也有一些化解农村矛盾与纠纷的机制,但这些机制有时候会显得苍白无力,所以探索这些机制以外的替代解决机制就显得非常有必要。文章旨在分析民间调解方式在解决当前农村社会矛盾中的重要作用,从而探析在传统民间调解方式基础上的值得推广使用的创新方式。

Along with the rapid development of economy and society, disputes and contradictions are found mare frequently in Chinese rural areas. Although there are some existing mechanisms to solve the disputes and contradictions in rural areas, they some times don＇ t work. So it becomes very necessary to find out other solution outside these existing mechanisms. The author makes an analysis on the importance of non-governmental conciliation in solving the disputes and contradictions in current Chinese rural areas, and tries to find out worth-spreading substitute conciliation by innovating the traditional non-governmental conciliation methods
