摘要 从SiC微粉生产流程的关键工艺需求入手,设计了硅微粉水溢流精密分级恒压供水系统。该系统以PLC为控制器,采用模糊PID算法,确保了系统稳定可靠地运行。简要介绍了该系统的硬件设计结构,并重点阐述了其软件算法的实现过程。同时,使用组态软件iFix开发监控软件系统,用来实现系统在线实时监控、参量历史查询、报警记录以及参数远程设定等功能。系统人机交互友好、操作方便。 Started from the requirements for critical technological process of production of SiC ultrafine powder, the water supply system under constant pressure used for water overflowing SiC ultrafine powder precise grading process is designed. The system is controlled by PLC, and adopting PID algorithm to ensure stable and reliable operation. The hardware structure is introduced briefly ; and the software algorithm and its implementing procedure are emphasized. In addition, the monitoring software system is also developed with iFix configuration software for implementing the functions of online real time monitoring, retrieving historical parameters, alarm record and remote parameter setting, etc. The system offers user-friendly interface for easy operation.
