摘要
分别对宝钢集团2500 m3高炉项目的输入输出设备和工业现场的环境进行了研究,并分析了该PLC自动化系统内外部干扰产生的原因。最后提出了在系统设计、安装和调试阶段采用电源、接地、输入输出信号、外部配线和软件等具体有效的抗干扰措施,由此保证了PLC自动化系统长期稳定的运行。
The input and output devices and industrial scene environment of 2 500 m3 blast furnace project in Baosteel Group have been researched respectively. The internal and exterior disturbances existed in the PLC automated system and the causes are analyzed. Specific effec- tive anti-interference measures adopted during system design, installation and commissioning stages from power supplies, grounding and input/ output signals, external wiring and software areas are proposed. Thus the PLC automated system is ensured to run stably in tong period.
