摘要
压力烧结炉作为特殊金属冶炼行业中的关键设备,它能在一定温度下将金属烧结成型,而炉温的上下波动会使烧结质量变差。为此,设计了基于压力烧结炉的监控系统。该系统参数经PLC处理可在触摸屏上直接读出,设计时将可能产生的故障类型和解决方案输入到触摸屏,从而形成一个简单的专家诊断系统。系统配以极限值保护、自动恢复和优化系统默认的运行参数。当故障发生时,可在触摸屏上直接进行故障查询,方便了用户排除故障、改变系统运行参数和设定温度。系统现场运行完全达到了预期的目标。
Pressurized sintering stove is one of the critical equipment in smelting industry for special metals. The metal can be sintered under certain temperature, while the fluctuation of temperature may make worse quality of sintering. Thus the monitoring system is designed for the pressurized sintering stove. The systematical parameters are processed in PLC and can be read out on touch screen directly. In the design, the types of faults which may occur and related solutions are input to the touch screen, which forms a simple expert diagnosis system. The system is equipped with functions of limit protection, automatic recover, and optimizing default operational parameters. When the fault occurs, users can directly inquire on the screen for easily removing the fault; changing operational parameters and setting up temperature. The practical operation of the system reaches expected targets.
