射频法糖液浓度在线检测传感器的设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对国内制糖业煮糖过程中尚无在线浓度自动测量及控制设备这一问题,在分析了蔗糖结晶与糖液浓度关系的基础上,基于射频法测量糖液浓度原理,设计了一种在线检测糖液浓度的传感器。分别给出了传感器系统的硬件电路以及传感器探头的具体设计。实测结果表明,该传感器具有测量精度高、重复性好、体积小、响应快等特点,能够满足糖液浓度在线测量的要求。 Aiming at the problem that there is not any on-line automatic measuring and control equipment for syrup concentration in sugar boiling process, on the basis of analyzing the relationship between cane-sugar crystal and syrup concentration, an on-line measuring concentration sensor based on radio frequency principle is designed. The hardware circuit of the sensing system and the concrete design of the probe are given respectively. The practical test result shows that the sensor offers high accuracy and repeatability in syrup concentration measurement, it is compact and fast in response to meet on-line measuring requirements.
