摘要
目的：探讨Ｘ刀放射外科治疗颅内各种疾病的疗效。方法：用Ｘ刀放射外科治疗１７５例颅内各种疾病。结果：９２例随访１个月～２．５年，病变消失３１例（３３．６％），缩小３１例（３３．６％），无变化２４例（２６．１％），增大７例（７．６％）。结论：该技术对颅内各疾病有不同程度的疗效。
Objective: To explore X knife stereotactic radiosurgery of intracaranial lesions Methods: We had treated 175 patients of intracranial lesions using X knife radiosurgery Results:Ninety two patients with intracranial lsion were followed up by neurological images between 1 month and 2 5 yeras Intracranial lesions were disapperaed 31 cases (33 6%), shrinked in 31(33 6), and unchannges in 24(26 1%), growed in 7(7 6%) Conclusion: Different treatment result of intracranial lesions usingn X knife, brain metastasis is good using X knife radiosurgery
