集宁师范高等专科学校就业工作的几点思考

Ponder on the Work of Employment in Jining Teachers College

大学生就业已经成为党和国家高度重视、全社会共同关注的热点问题。在毕业生就业形势日益严峻的压力下,集宁师范高等专科学校必须把就业当作战略发展和人才培养方向的重点工作,切实落实"一把手工程",形成全员参与就业工作的局面;就业指导中心组建一支专业化教师队伍,提高就业服务水平;推行全程化职业生涯教育,提高学生的职业素质;加大教育实习基地的建设,提高学生的就业能力。

Great attention has been paid to the employment of the college students by the Party,the state,even the whole society.Faced with a tough job market,as a cradle of cultivating new talents,Jining Teachers College must place the issue of employment on its development agenda as a strategic priority.Both leaders and faculty in the college should be involved in it.The Employment Service Center should form professional personnel to improve their service competence.From the students’ perspective,professional education should run though their academic studies and the setup of teaching practice base should be enhanced to improve students＇ ability in finding a job.
