河南省高校体育教师在职培训现状

Current in-sertice training of university P.E. teachers in Henan province

通过对河南省47所高校1985名体育教师问卷调查和对47所高校负责教师培训机构的实地访谈,了解到河南高校体育教师培训工作受到各学校的重视;受过培训的教师占43.7%,其中52%的教师参加的是1年以上的培训;81%的体育教师希望被培训,但也存在着受训教师流失严重的问题,根据现状提出了相应的对策与建议。

On the basis of questionaire investigation conducted with 1985 P. E, teachers in 47 universities in Henan province and on-the-spot interview of the teacher training institute of 47 universities, the paper reveals that the P. E. teacher training is stressed by the universities. 43.7 percent of the teachers have received training, among which 52 percent have participated in the training mone than a year. 81 percent of the teachers hope to have training. There are problems of the lost of teachers sowrce and the paper also proposes countermeasures.
