摘要
利用集成温度传感器LM94022结构特性,开发出适用于现代汽车要求的温度传感器控制电路,对各种温度控制电路进行分析;同时提出设计电路时的注意事项。
Based on the structural characteristics of LM94022 integrated temperature sensor, the temperature sensor control circuit meeting modern automobile requirements is developed, various temperature control circuits are analyzed; the attention points in designing circuits are presented.
