Characteristics of LPG Engine and Analysis to Its Application Performance in Urban Public Transport

液化石油气(LPG)汽车在城市公交中发展迅速,目前形成了巨大的LPG公交市场。分析了LPG车用发动机的性能特点,LPG在柴油发动机上的应用情况,总结了LPG在城市公交上使用以来出现的一些新问题,分析出现的原因,提出解决方法。

Liquefied Petroleum Gas Vehicles （LPGV） are in the rapid development of urban public transport. At present, a great market of LPG buses is formed. In this paper, the LPG vehicle performance and characteristics of the engine, and the development of LPG in diesel engines are analyzed. Some new problems since the application of Liquefied Petroleum Gas in the urban public transport are proposed, the causes are analyzed and the solution methods are given.
