摘要
目的探讨经皮激光椎间盘汽化术(PLDD)加臭氧(O3)髓核氧化术微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法应用医用半导体激光和医用臭氧发生器,在DSA引导下采用18G穿刺针经皮穿刺至髓核区,然后由穿刺针插入600μm光导纤维,用自动脉冲式激光汽化髓核,以每个椎间盘600~1200J汽化,再向椎间盘注入O3约10ml,共治疗30例35节椎间盘。结果30例患者术后随访3~24月,结果是治愈24例(80%),显效4例(13.3%),有效2例(6.7%),优良率93.3%,无1例并发症出现。结论经皮激光椎间盘汽化术(PLDD)加臭氧(O3)髓核氧化术治疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症,创伤小、安全性高、疗效佳。
Objective To explore the minimally invasion of treatments with Percutaneous Laser Disk Decompression (PLDD) combining ozone nucleus gelatinosus oxidizing technique Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion (LIDP). Methods The spinal needle was inserted in the space of the nucleus gelatinosus under DSA guidance.30 patients with 35 intervertebral disks were treated by autopulsed-wavemode laser vaporizing (with the power of 600-1200J for each intervertebral disk ) and O3 (about 10 ml). Results Among the total 30 patients with the follow up of 3 to 24 months,The result is cured 24 cases (80%),effective 4 cases (13.3%), effective two cases (6.7%), The rate of exellent and good outcomes was 93.3%, No patient had postoperative complications. Conclusion The PLDD combining ozone nucleus gelatinosus oxidizing technique treats LIDP, with advantages of little injury and pain,high safety and better the rapeutic effect.
