近年来,我国许多中小民营企业在《劳动合同法》实施、节能减排治理和全球金融危机等多方面因素的影响下出现了经营困难,而解决经营困难的重要方式是进行企业转型:通过治理转型,重塑民营企业的制度优势;通过业务重组,再造民营企业竞争优势;通过业务转型,拓展企业发展优势。

In recent years,many small and medium sized private-run enterprises have encountered operation difficulties under the influences of the implementation of Labor Contract Law,the governance of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction,and the global financial crisis.An important way of solving the operation difficulties is to carry out the enterprise transformation： to remold the system advantages for the development of private enterprises through management transformation;to reconstruct the competition advantages of the private enterprises through business restructuring; and to expand the development advantages through business transformation.
