大众化高等教育背景下的师生关系

On the Teacher-student Relation under the Background of Higher Education Popularization

在对地方本科院校师生关系现状进行实证调研的基础上,得出影响师生关系的因素是:学校层面体现在政策导向存在偏差;教师层面表现为多样性和复杂化,主要有职业选择动机、价值取向、工作任务重,压力过大等方面;学生层面主要是主体意识不强及个性因素、学习态度不端正等问题,进而提出要从探学校管理、扬教师所长、寻学生培养方式等方面着手,建立良好的师生关系。

Based on an empirical research on the status of teacher - student relationship in local colleges, it is obtained that the factors which affect the teacher - student relationship are listed as follows ： the deflection in the policy guidance of schools; the career choice motive, value orientation, heavy tasks and high pressure of teachers; the weak subject awareness, the personality and the incorrect learning attitude of students. This paper finally proposes the ways of building good teacher - student relationship from the perspectives of school management, teachers＇advantages developing and students cultivating mode..
