基于女大学生可持续发展的高校教育对策

Countermeasures for the Higher Education Based on Female College Students' Sustainable Development

女大学生普遍存在高分低成就现象,影响其可持续发展的各种因素相互影响,相互交织:传统意识和现代意识交织导致女性角色冲突是其内在原因;学校教育与现实教育差异导致女性目标模糊是外在原因;就业市场的性别壁垒和市场经济冲击是直接原因。高等学校应从转化价值观念、优化认知体系、强化教育引导、发挥榜样作用等方面促进女大学生成长成才与可持续发展。

There is high prevalence of the phenomenon that those female college students with high academic performance achieve less in their work, and there are various mutually influenced and interlaced factors affecting their sustainable development： the internal causes are the female role conflicts caused by the intertwinement of the traditional sense and the modern awareness ; the external causes lie in the fuzzy objectives of the female caused by the differences between school education and real education; and the direct causes are the gender barriers in the job market and the impacts of market economy. Those institutions of higher learning should promote the growth of female college students ＇ talent and sustainable development through transforming the value conception, optimizing the cognitive system, strengthening the education guidance, displaying the example function, etc.
